Yellowstone 2026 Limited Edition is the eleventh annual release in the acclaimed limited-edition series from Master Distiller Stephen Beam. This Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey combines 7-year and 14-year bourbons that were finished separately in ruby and tawny port casks before being blended and bottled at 101 proof (50.5% ABV). The ruby port casks contribute vibrant red-fruit character, while the tawny port casks add deeper dried-fruit and nutty notes. Expect layers of brown sugar, caramel, baking spice, red fruit, leather, and seasoned oak, followed by a balanced, lingering finish.
