At The Wine Palace, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. As an alcohol retailer, we follow all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the sale and shipment of alcohol.

Shipping Availability

We can only ship alcohol to locations where the shipment of alcohol is permitted by law. By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery address is in an area where alcohol shipments are legal. We will not ship to locations where it is prohibited, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not comply with legal shipping restrictions.

Age Verification

You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order. All shipments containing alcohol will require a signature upon delivery, and the recipient must provide proof of age (21 or older). If the recipient is unable to provide valid identification upon delivery, the shipment will be returned to us, and we will process a refund minus shipping fees.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship only to states and jurisdictions where the sale and delivery of alcohol is permitted.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
  • Some states may impose additional taxes or restrictions on alcohol deliveries, which may affect the total price of your order.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and legal requirements.
  • Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided at checkout for more accurate information.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address, order size, and the chosen shipping method. You will be able to review the shipping cost before completing your purchase at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package is damaged during shipping or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at winepalace1@hotmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred once the package has been delivered.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on alcohol. If you receive the wrong product or an item is defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
