Crafted from 100% agave Espadin and traditionally cooked with mesquite and ocote woods, this spirit rests for two to four months in medium-toasted American oak barrels. The result is a beautifully balanced mezcal with elegant vanilla and smoke notes, complemented by a distinctive golden straw hue.
