Traverse City Whiskey's original recipe with a bold nose and hints of caramel and vanilla. It ages four years in oak barrels and comes out with notes of vanilla, aged honey, and hints of baking spices. Not too sweet, but it’ll go down easy. Mash: corn, rye and malted barley

Nose

 Subtle nose with light hints of brown sugar and rye.

Taste Notes

On the palate there is a touch of caramel with mild spice. The finish is exceptionally smooth with little to no linger.
