The Federalist Cabernet Sauvignon

Product Highlights

The Federalist Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon boasts a complex bouquet of cherry, menthol, and allspice, with a light ruby color that belies its medium-plus body. On the palate, black cherry, cola, and blueberry mingle with a firm tannin structure and a pleasing vanilla-infused finish from modest oak aging. This versatile, food-friendly Cabernet pairs well with beef, lamb, smoked meats, red berries, aged cheeses, and chocolate.
