A traditional Rosso Vermouth from Hotel Starlino, a base of Italian wine is infused with oodles of botanicals, including wormwood, orange peel, rhubarb, and spices. Before bottling it's rested in Kentucky Bourbon barrels, imparting oak spice and vanilla notes. A top cocktail component here!
