Nose and Tasting Notes 

Expertly crafted using traditional techniques, this small batch Irish whiskey is distilled with grain and malted barley. It is then carefully aged in First Fill Bourbon Barrels before being finished in European Oak Tawny Port Casks from Portugal's Douro Valley. After 12 long years of maturation, it is further enhanced with a European Oak Sherry Cask finish.
