No, we’re not talking about the handles of Pinnacle whipped cream and Burnett’s sour apple - we’ve grown up (a little, at least) – and moved onto bigger and better things, like craft spirits. It’s infused with the essences of four basil varieties (Genovese, Thai, Lemon and Sweet) as well as a touch of coriander, honeysuckle and lemongrass to round out the spirit and soften the finish. The result? As luxurious as a spa day. While earning her MBA, Square One Founder Allison Evanow worked as a bartender, and she loved vodka's versatility in cocktails. The spirit is most thought of as colorless and neutral, but Allison wanted to push that definition and produce one with its own distinctive flavor. So she found a master distiller who was willing to take on the challenge of working with 100% rye (even though it’s a really difficult grain to work with).
