Planteray Xaymaca Special Dry Rum

Product Highlights

Planteray Xaymaca Special Dry Rum (formerly Plantation) is a fruity, funky Jamaican rum blended entirely from 100% pot still rums sourced from the Long Pond and Clarendon distilleries. It skips the heavy sweetening and coloring common in some rum styles, letting the distilleries' signature ester-driven funk come through clean. The rum earned the Chairman's Trophy with a 97-point score at the 2022 Ultimate Spirits Challenge, one of the highest honors in the category that year. It's built for cocktails that can handle bold Jamaican funk, especially a Mai Tai, though it also rewards a careful neat pour. 43% ABV, 750ml.
