Planteray Isle of Fiji Rum (formerly Plantation) is an intensely tropical rum made with Fair Trade-certified molasses grown in Fiji's volcanic soil. Big notes of molasses and overripe fruit dominate, with a hint of smoke and ginger showing up on the finish. The rum earned 98 points and a Best Aged Rum win at the 2020 Ultimate Spirits Challenge, one of the stronger showings for a rum in this price range. It's versatile enough for a tiki cocktail or a simple rum and ginger beer, and still interesting enough to sip neat. 40% ABV, 750ml.
