Entry is biscuity, batter-like, yet is bittersweet and light-bodied; mid-palate features round, supple flavors of dark chocolate, root beer, toasted marshmallow, egg cream, vanilla soda. Finishes fast, refined, almost fragile. Serious white rum at its grassy, herbal best.
