Jayson is Pahlmeyer's distinctive red blend, crafted from some of Napa Valley's finest vineyards to express each vintage with real intensity and richness. For the 2020 vintage, fruit was sourced primarily from Atlas Peak, supported by grapes from the renowned Stagecoach Vineyard and other exceptional Napa Valley sites. The grapes were hand-picked and hand-sorted before fermenting in stainless steel tanks, a choice made to enhance the fruit's natural profile and retain bright acidity. The wine was then racked to 65% new French oak barrels for 15 months of aging, building real structure and depth. This is a vineyard-driven, site-specific expression of Napa Valley Cabernet built by a producer known for consistently exceptional blending. It pairs beautifully with beef, lamb, venison, aged cheeses, dark chocolate desserts, or red berries.
