The 2025 Mt. Brave Whiskey is a bold, adventurous blend combining an 11-year high-rye bourbon with a 5-year high-wheat bourbon. This four-grain mash bill (75% corn, 8% wheat, 8% rye, 9% barley) is finished for 15 months in French oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels—the same vintage used for Mt. Brave's acclaimed wine. Bottled at cask strength (117.6 proof, 58.8% ABV), each sip delivers complex aromas of lemon, honey, cinnamon, toffee, and toast, followed by a palate of dark rye bread, cedar, roasted peaches, and dark vanilla. Crafted in Bardsbourg, Kentucky, this limited release of just 5,220 bottles (20 barrels) captures the spirit of exploration in every pour. 750ml.
