The Method and Madness brand has formulated an uncommon mashbill comprised of 60% rye and 40% malt. The whiskey is triple distilled in bourbon casks and is also non-chill filtered. On the nose, you'll detect notes of lemon balm, floral lavender, and clove spice. The taste profile features white pepper, chili flakes, and notes of toasted wood.
