Sancerre Domaine de Sacy reflects the essence of sustainable viticulture practiced by Karine Millet on her family’s four-hectare estate near Crézancy and Bue. Rooted in the historic polyculture tradition, the vineyards thrive on Terres Blanches soils enriched naturally with cow manure from the farm. With vines averaging 30 years and some up to 65, the grapes are harvested both by hand and machine. Vinified in tank, this wine embodies the purity and elegance of organically inspired Sancerre, crafted without herbicides or pesticides for a refined, authentic expression.
