La Pulga Spirits Mezcal Artesanal is crafted from 100% wild harvested Salmiana Agave sourced from San Luis Potosi, honoring centuries-old traditions with bold high-desert character. The agave is slowly steamed in traditional brick hornos and double crushed by tahona, extracting full essence and terroir complexity. Unaged and bottled at 40% ABV, this vibrant mezcal delivers layered notes of citrus, jalapeno, green chiles, cooked agave, olive brine, and mineral undertones. Medium-bodied with a mouth-coating texture, it finishes clean and briny. Each bottle features an Alebrije—a Coyote spirit animal from Mexican folk-art tradition, symbolizing the mischievous, free-spirited guardian of the land.
