Aromas of black raspberrry, forest floor and cedar are followed by flavors of pomegranate, cocao, and rich earth. On the palate the wine is medium bodied with vibrant acidity and refined tannins. A bright, vibrant pinot that offers plenty of ripe red-cherry and strawberry aromas that lead to a palate that delivers assertive tannins, driving a fresh and quite intense, directly fruity finish. Drink in the next three to four years.
