Murray Hill Club Special Release Batch #4 is an exceptionally limited blended bourbon crafted from 8- and 17-year-old bourbons with a 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley mash bill. Finished for four months in hand-selected fresh Calvados casks from Normandy, France, and bottled at 111 proof (55.5% ABV), it layers apple strudel, gingerbread, roasted chestnut, poached pear, star anise, honey, dried apricot, and brandied cherry over a remarkably long finish of plum pudding, apple crisp, and citrus peel.
