Groth's Hillview Vineyard Chardonnay is created through cold fermentation and "sur lie" aging in a blend of old and new barrels. This process results in a balanced, flavorful wine with layers of fruit and hints of toast and cream. Its supple and sweet entry is quickly followed by citrus and tropical fruit notes, with a pleasant balance of density and acidity.
