Grand Traverse Gamay Noir

Gamay Noir is the celebrated wine grape of the Beaujolais region of France. It has adapted well to Northern Michigan producing a medium-bodied dry red wine with distinctive flavors of cherry, plum and black pepper. Fruitier and less tannic than traditional red wines, Gamay Noir can be served with a variety of foods including cheese and fruit, grilled salmon, roast duck or wild mushroom pizza.
