Ferrari Perlé is a 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine made in the traditional Metodo Classico method, Trento DOC, from mountain vineyards at 300–600 meters in Trentino. The wine spends 54 months aging on the lees in bottle before release, building complexity well beyond a standard brut. Expect aromas of apple, citrus, white peach, and almond blossom, with toasted, bready notes from extended lees aging. On the palate it's elegant and mineral-driven, with a long, slightly almondy finish and fine, persistent bubbles. Bottled at 12.5% ABV, it has earned scores as high as 95 points from Wine Enthusiast. Pair it with shellfish, risotto, or soft cheeses, or pour it on its own as an aperitif. A standout Italian sparkling wine for special occasions.
