Dark crimson. Aromas of mocha, ripe plum, and blackberry, with cocoa and a mélange of baking spices. The flavor displays a rich, exquisite mouthfeel, velvety tannins, and ripe fruit balanced with notes of chocolate and French vanilla. Pairs well with steak, poultry, cauliflower, fruit, seafood. This Meritage expresses the true terroir of Paso Robles. A firm, tannic backbone from Petit Verdot, sweet cherry and chocolate aromas along with structure from Cabernet Sauvignon, and a rich round texture from Merlot all come together to create a classic blend.
