Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc Wine 750ml

Sourced largely from grapes grown in family vineyards in Napa Valley. Produced by Jenny Wagner, whose family founded and runs Caymus Vineyards. Named after Jenny’s maternal side of the family, who came to Napa Valley from Italy in 1923, farming as a livelihood ever since. Features a fresh citrus character and crisp minerality. Aged primarily in stainless steel with a small portion in older French oak barrels to impart depth and complexity. Pairs well with foods like salads and grilled fish, or can be enjoyed on its own.
