It's a blend of rums from three distinct stills — the wooden Enmore two-column still, the French Savalle four-column still, and the unique Port Mourant double wooden pot still — aged for 12 years and bottled at 40% ABV. Produced by Demerara Distillers in Guyana, the last distillery in the country still operating, it draws on over two centuries of Demerara rum-making tradition.
