This tequila is steeped in tradition. Established in 1755, Corralejo remains one of the first Tequila Distillers in Mexico. Using centuries-old techniques, the Blue Weber Agave is slow cooked in stone ovens. Unlike other distillers, Corralejo even utilizes Charentais distillation and 3 distinct types of oak for its barrels.
