Tightly wound with velvety textures. Very appealing in its youth, but will also age beautifully for the next 10 years. The words refined and elegant came to mind as I drank a glass. Dark purple color. Wonderful nose. Black and blue berries. Cassis and oak. Paired wonderfully with pork tenderloin.
