The 2021 Ardore from Celani Family Vineyards is crafted from the best ten barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the most exceptional sites in Napa's Coombsville AVA. Aged 22 months in 85% new French oak and never fined nor filtered, it offers beautifully extracted black and purple fruit that captures the essence of Coombsville Cabernet. Massively saturated aromas of ripe blackberries, black currants, crème de cassis, Oolong tea, and fresh suede lead into more subtle notes of tobacco, chocolate, and minerals. On the palate, enormous concentration and layered berry flavors are framed by velvet-like tannins, finishing on a note that lingers seemingly without end.
