The 2021 Ardore is made from the best 10 barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon from the most exceptional vineyard sites in Napa’s Coombsville AVA.Aged for 22 months in 85% new French oak barrels, Ardore is never fined nor filtered.

This wine offers up beautifully extracted black and purple fruits that captures the expression of Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon. Massively saturated aromas reveal ripe blackberries, black currants, crème de cassis, Oolong tea, and fresh suede. More subtle notes of tobacco, chocolate and minerals add further dimensions. Wonderfully decadent, the 2021 Ardore expresses enormous concentration with layered berry flavors framed by velvet-like tannins and a finish that never seems to end. While delicious now, this wine will age effortlessly over the next 25 years.
