Produced by Tequila Cascahuín, a family-run distillery founded in 1904 in El Arenal, Jalisco, this blanco is crafted from 100% mature Blue Weber agave with no added sugars, flavors, or colorings. The agave is cooked slowly in brick ovens, crushed with a traditional roller mill, fermented in open-air cement tanks, and distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils. The nose brings cooked agave, citrus peel, fresh herbs, light mint, and a touch of volcanic minerality, while the palate carries sweet agave, green herbs, cracked pepper, and citrus zest over earthy depth. The finish is crisp and balanced, with roasted agave and fresh spice lingering after each sip. Bottled unaged at 40% ABV (80 proof), it's a true expression of the agave itself. Enjoy it neat, over a single large ice cube, or shaken into a Margarita, Ranch Water, or Paloma.
