This 2025 release continues the tradition of using Chinquapin oak-aged bourbon, where the wood has been naturally air dried for varying periods of time before undergoing our precise toast and char specifications. These carefully selected barrels, aged for 18 months, 3 years, 4 years, and 5 years, impart a bold and complex flavor profile with notes of chocolate, floral, berries, salted caramel, and baking spice.
