This is a silky, ready-to-drink red. Cherry and plum fruit mingle easily with earth, leather and mocha, finishing on a softly dusty note. Drink now–2023. Deep red cherry color. Intense with notes of blueberries mixed with liquorice and tobacco hints agitated. Fruit driven, harmonious with a good structure and a long finish. The bouquet is fine and complex. Châteauneuf-du-Pape has remarkably ripe tannin and a full-bodied flavour indicating excellent ageing potential. A perfect accompaniment to stews, game, and strong cheeses
