Bottled at 106 proof (53% ABV), it's estate-distilled, aged, and bottled entirely on-site at the company's Bardstown, Kentucky campus. The wheat-forward recipe draws extra wood sugar from the barrel during maturation, giving the whiskey a smooth, approachable character while still holding onto real depth and complexity. It's part of Bardstown's ongoing Origin Series, a collection built around experimenting with how small shifts in mash bill composition change the final spirit.
