Bardstown Bourbon Company 2026 Discovery

Product Highlights

Bardstown Bourbon Company 2026 Discovery is a limited blend of 7-, 10-, and 11-year-old bourbons finished for four months in rare Garryana oak barrels from Oregon. Each barrel was custom-made and hand-toasted for three hours to develop additional spice, structure, and complexity while preserving the mature bourbon character. Bottled at 112.8 proof (56.4% ABV), it delivers toasted oak, burnt sugar, baked apple cobbler, dried cherry, and cinnamon bark, followed by a long, warming finish shaped by the distinctive Garryana oak.
