Ballotin Chocolate Mint Whsky

Product Highlights

Ballotin Chocolate Mint Whiskey opens with bright spearmint that settles into caramel, honey-sweetened iced tea, cardamom, and clove. The palate leads with cool mint before dark chocolate takes over, carried on a velvety body with grain sweetness and a subtle fruity edge. The medium finish closes with peppermint crème, dark chocolate, and a touch of spiced orange. It's made in Louisville, Kentucky from a bourbon-style mash aged in second-fill barrels, then blended with craft chocolate for a dessert-like, chocolate-mint profile. Bottled at 60 proof (30% ABV), it's a natural fit for an after-dinner pour over ice or as the base of a chocolate-mint cocktail.
