Aurore de Dauzac is a classified growth Margaux from a prestigious 42-hectare estate with deep gravel soils. This blend of 69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, and 2% Petit-Verdot comes from vines averaging 35–40 years old, planted at optimal density. Hand-harvested and meticulously sorted grapes ferment in wooden vats before 15 months of aging in French oak—65% new—creating a structured, elegant wine with excellent aging potential. Pair with grilled eggplant, venison, blue cheese, roast lamb, and beef.
