The nose presents honeyed sweetness with baked banana bread and syrupy notes, evolving into burning cedarwood and tropical fruit with water. On the palate, zesty lime and peaches give way to smoked fruit, creosote, aniseed, and peat smoke, balanced by soft barley malt and warming spice. Deceptively approachable yet undeniably bold, The Unicorn's Tale earned Double Gold at San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2024 and dual Gold medals at prestigious international competitions.
