This Mendoza Cabernet Sauvignon is hand-selected from heavily pruned vines in one of Antigal's high-lying Uco Valley vineyards, chilled immediately on arrival to preserve freshness. The winemaking process combines labor-intensive double-sorting with aging in both French and American oak barrels, all handled gently to retain the fruit's true varietal character. The result is a wine of medium-intensity ruby red color, with primary aromas of red and black fruits touched by slight herbal notes, white pepper, spice, vanilla, coconut, and chocolate. On the palate, it's well-balanced with a touch of elegant wood, and softly rounded tannins deliver a silky, velvety mouthfeel.
