Translucent, deep burgundy, nice blackberry nose, moderate legs, reserve is richer compared to the Angeline pinot and has better flavor and mouth feel. Moderate tannins last on palate, tongue and cheeks, increasing salivation. Good with bolognese rich gravy. Worth the premium.
