Angeline Pinot Noir Reserve

This dense, sophisticated Pinot Noir boastfully over-delivers aromas of black cherry, marion berry, and spicy cola., with subtle notes of nutmeg and cedarwood. The bold, yet resolved palate has a clean, well-balanced acidity that ties up neatly with a complementary cream and caramel finish. Translucent, deep burgundy, nice blackberry nose, moderate legs, reserve is richer compared to the Angeline pinot and has better flavor and mouth feel. Moderate tannins last on palate, tongue and cheeks, increasing salivation. Good with bolognese rich gravy. Worth the premium.
