Toad Hollow Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Fresh sweet leaf tobacco and dark fruit aromas blend with notes of vanilla and spice. On the palate hints of cedar mingle with rich black currant framed by soft tannins and a balanced finish. Pair with grilled red meats, roasted poultry, rich cream and pepper sauces, mushrooms, and earthy vegetables. The fruit was selected from choice vineyards in Lodi, California, an appellation known for its dedicated focus on growing rich, red varietals. Fruit was meticulously sorted, gently pressed and fermented, then spent seven months on French oak.
