The heart of Purity® Vodka is distilled 34 times using a specially designed still made of copper and gold, creating a spirit so refined that no filtration is necessary. Created from estate grown winter wheat and barley, Purity Vodka is produced in a proprietary pot still at Ellinge Castle in the south of Sweden. Unlike other vodka producers, Purity has developed a still designed specifically for vodka production. During its thirty-four distillations, ninety percent of the distillate is lost. The remaining spirit is so refined that no filtration is necessary, which retains the character, body and smoothness of the pot still distillation. After distillation, the heart of the spirit is blended with the very finest organic wheat spirit and reduced to 40% ABV with natural, mineral-rich water from the castle's artesian well.
