Sancerre Blanc Origine is crafted with meticulous care, beginning with a carefully sorted harvest. The grapes undergo gentle pneumatic pressing followed by static settling, then ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 to 20°C for 3 to 4 weeks. This wine is elegantly aged on fine lees for 6 to 9 months, with periodic stirring to enhance complexity. Before bottling, it is gently fined and lightly filtered, resulting in a refined and sophisticated expression that showcases the purity and finesse of the Sancerre terroir.
