IXA Tequila is created by the GreenBar Collective, an organization that maintains clean farmland, groundwater and supports ingredients that don't contain synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. IXA is made from fully mature agave plants using traditional techniques that are becoming increasingly rare like slow, clay oven steaming, and fermenting & distilling with agave fibers. All this to produce a tequila worthy of the gods.
