The 2016 Honig is an excellent example of top-tier Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and comes that is quite affordable. Bright blackberry, red plum, and raspberry fruit with notes of cranberry, black tea, spice, and coriander seed. Luscious and balanced, with toasty oak and a long finish. This wine is sturdy and built. Its aromas and flavors of blackcurrants and anise should pair it well with a roasted pork loin roast.
