Sourced from Grande and Petite Champagne, the Cognac AOC’s most prestigious terroirs, to create a Fine Champagne Cognac, our XO is a unique combination of eaux-de-vie specially chosen by our Cellar Master, blended in true Cognac tradition and aged in French oak barrels.

Aromas
Caramel, candied fruit, cinnamon, and warm brioche.

Tasting Notes

Color: Light amber.

Nose: Floral notes of jasmine, iris, orange blossom, and medlar flowers. Fruity hints of figs, prunes, crème brûlée, and candied orange. Spicy oak and toasted brioche.

Palate: Generous and oaky, mellow, refined, and elegant. A long, rich finish.

Serving suggestion: Enjoy neat at room temperature, over a single small ice cube or served in a chilled glass.
