Daisy Pinot Grigio

Notes of hay, grapefruit, lychee, licorice, and summer flowers with a hint of mineral are present in this Pinot Grigio blend from various vineyards in the Ancient Lakes AVA. Fermentation was delayed until all fruit was pressed and a small amount of chardonnay lees was added for richness. 92% was fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, while the remaining 8% was aged in neutral barrels to add depth.
